Journaling on “Letting Go”
I am nothing short of obsessed with journaling. I do morning pages, sometimes evening pages, I bullshit, I brain dump, I follow prompts, I draw, I doodle, I collage. I do all the journaling things mostly because my mind is such a dumpster fire that I have to release all of that energy somehow. But I also do it because it’s where I find healing, growth, forgiveness, and compassion.
